SCOOBYTOO Posted January 28, 2005 Posted January 28, 2005 unless i missed it ,we didn't seem to discuss what we are going to do this year for days out etc. i know its difficult in a pub where you are all sitting apart is there anywhere someone knows where there's a function room or similiar so we can all sit together and discuss events for the year.
Pele Posted January 28, 2005 Posted January 28, 2005 There is a thread on this forum for your suggestions for days out etc. - there is also a thread explaining why things are a bit slow at the moment, but don't worry I'll soon be sorted then things will get rolling Then you will all be complaining you need a free weekend lol
tony_cousins Posted January 31, 2005 Posted January 31, 2005 ScoobyToo why dont you just sit back and relax, Pele has always run the club and nobody has any complaints The year has only just started and seeing as the weather is not the best and people are still recovering from X- mas, most of us are a little grateful for a little breathing space !!!!! As said by Pele there is a thread with suggestions feel free to add to it, and as for getting us all together at the same time in a perfect world that would be great but i think a little impossible with club members work commitments etc .......... All i can say is dont you worry about the meets and events you will get plenty of notice well before they happen and they will be organised and well run See you at the next meet Tony
SCOOBYTOO Posted January 31, 2005 Author Posted January 31, 2005 tony. i wasn't making any complaints .it was suggested before the last meet that we might discuss a few ideas for the new year as it was difficult for every one to sit together i wasnt sure what had or had not been arranged.as you said no rush ey? roll on the summer!! dean
tony_cousins Posted February 1, 2005 Posted February 1, 2005 Dean its cool, just everybody thinks it can all be done at once lol Poor old Pele has only one set of hands See you soon Tony
