SCOOBY1998S Posted February 11, 2005 Posted February 11, 2005 Hi, When's your first rally? Are you going to do the local event Barretts Rally of Kent? Looking good so far. I'm currently rebuilding a Pug 106 Gti for the same event, although we only started the build a week ago. Next is the respray... cheers, Anthony
The Guru Posted February 11, 2005 Posted February 11, 2005 Hi Antony, The car we are preparring is going to be set up for Tarmac and not Gravel, although I have done the Kent's a few times before in my old Pug 205. If you need some input into your Pug let me know. Arron.
The Guru Posted February 15, 2005 Posted February 15, 2005 Richard, We will be doing some testing when the car is ready, we are hoping to hire a rally stage venue not too far away, it could be mixed surface though. I will let you know nearer the time, it will only be for a selected few though ! Arron.
calder Posted February 16, 2005 Posted February 16, 2005 just wondered if you were planning any track days soon. I'm "testing" at Snetterton on Sat 26th, at Lydden on March 19th, North Weald in late March and Brands in a SEMSEC race on April 2nd. The Lydden test date might be of interest to you but MSA licence required. North Weald might also be of interest to you. Might be interested in joining you if you've got enough tarmac - i have some spare wheels!
The Guru Posted February 16, 2005 Posted February 16, 2005 Richard, The 26th Feb is out, were on the Sunseeker Rally in Bournemouth, as for the rest we will have to see. Arron.
j-k Posted February 19, 2005 Author Posted February 19, 2005 Update for those who didnt see the car at the meet on friday... Its getting there slowly..... jon

Also when you get a error message don't post again but go back to the thread and you will probably see that your reply has been posted (we have all done it, think it's a little quirk of the new software) []
