derek_robertson Posted February 6, 2005 Author Posted February 6, 2005 << BTTT Anyone want to post decent direction then? Brian >> Anyone heading up or down A77 turn off to Kilmarnock(Bellfield Roundabout) take the A71 for Irvine, next roundabout(Moorfield) take 3rd exit for Crosshouse/Kilmarnock,.......Cotton Mill (Brewers Fayre) is approx.400 metres on your right. Should only take 5 mins to get there from Bellfield Roundabout Hope this helps Del
keap_scooby2 Posted February 6, 2005 Posted February 6, 2005 del, easy to get to, but will be slow 40mph on the a77 alan
derek_robertson Posted February 6, 2005 Author Posted February 6, 2005 Yeah Wullie, Too many deaths on it too,so keep it safe & stick to the limit!!!!
DOPEY Posted February 7, 2005 Posted February 7, 2005 Dad, what do you mean keep to the limit and what is the limit ooooooooooooooooh is that what you call red lineing in 6th gear
Bladerider Posted February 7, 2005 Posted February 7, 2005 Yeah Del, do you mean 'on' the limit or 'at' the limit? There is a big difference. Just imagine the scenario; Stopped for doing over 140mph. "Honest officer, I was driving on the limit, Del told me to.
derek_robertson Posted February 8, 2005 Author Posted February 8, 2005 Are you getting the train to Killie on friday Dave??? Del
Bladerider Posted February 8, 2005 Posted February 8, 2005 No Del, trains don't run from my town to Kilmarnock. Anyway, after the last fiasco with the train at Christmas I think I'll stick to driving. Scotrail customer services are still looking into my compensation claim. Anyway I might not be attending this one. I need to pick up my kitten (his name is Scooby) from the vet in West kilbride at 19:30. He's getting his knackers chopped off. I told him about what's going to happen and he seems fine about it. In fact he was purring when I told him. I can only make short journey's at the moment because I have a hole in the radiator. So if I do go, I'll be a bit late.
derek_robertson Posted February 9, 2005 Author Posted February 9, 2005 No probs Dave Hope you find a job soon. See ya, Del
Bladerider Posted February 9, 2005 Posted February 9, 2005 Cheers Del. That last post i did was just ten minutes before I got bagged. So, come what may, I WILL attend this meet as it may be the last one I can afford to go to for a while.

Bladerider Posted February 11, 2005 Posted February 11, 2005 Black is now officially the most common colour of Impreza in the Irvine/Kilwinning area. Over the past few days, I've met two more black Impreza'a in my town. That now makes six. I've given both of them one of the flyers that Dougster gave me, and I've asked them both to come along tonight.
