folding mirrors

anyone got a spare folding mirror switch for a classic?

got a set of folding mirrors coming in the new year but need a switch?

has anyone done this and is it much of a pain?

cars a MY99 if that makes a difference

I have done this and it's quite easy to do - PM me if you have any problems You can get a switch from Grade A

i thought i could remember seeing a thread somewhere saying you'd done it!

picking the mirrors up in jan so i'll give you a pm closer to the time for some help and advice!

hello all, my wrx has the fold in mirrors and swich but still does not work, thay were wired in to my alarm system, but thay folded in on the remote only and not on the dash switch and would not fold back out! now i have disconnected them from the alarm thay dont work at all, checked fuses all ok! anyone had the same problem?

Have you checked that the mirrors and the switch are both getting power?

i havent looked at them properly yet im still sulking from the last time i looked/disconneced them from the alarm, and thay still didnt work! another one of those jobs you never get around to doing.

going to re connect to clifford system, just ordered a manual to be able to re program the thob buttons to my likeings, its in the post
