jamie_wood Posted November 3, 2004 Posted November 3, 2004 I have a couple of piller pods from my old scoobys that i dont have a use for. Both house two gauges each. 52mm One is plain black and the other is Carbon fibre. I used the plain one but not the CF one, though I did start to shape it to fit the Buggy, but changed my mind. They are as new and are only collectin dust now. Looking for a £100 each.......sorry £10 each. Also got an boost gauge and an oil temp gauge Auto meter, silver with white faces £40 each Jamie
wrxmania Posted November 3, 2004 Posted November 3, 2004 Would these fit my car Jamie?? Is everything I need to put in the two gauges there? Brian
jamie_wood Posted November 3, 2004 Author Posted November 3, 2004 Yes Brian, they will fit. Just didnt fancy it myself cause my pillar is light grey and the pod was black. When i fitted it to my Ra I just used small bolts and nuts with number plate screw covers to hide the heads. Looked really good. Easy to fit. Just pop off the pillar and do it properly. Jamie
wrxmania Posted November 3, 2004 Posted November 3, 2004 What about the gauges? Easy to fit? Any friendly fitting advice available ????? I quite fancy the Carbon Fibre one - the interior is grey so at least CF would look good. Is all the wiring and pipework etc etc there for the gauges and will they do the job for me?!?!? If so, then I will take them - any pics? Brian
jamie_wood Posted November 3, 2004 Author Posted November 3, 2004 Just for you Matey....they can come with free fitting. And, YES, all the pipe work, electrics are there for them. Jamie P.s im a time served mechanic/engineere so it will be done properly
wrxmania Posted November 3, 2004 Posted November 3, 2004 Jamie, SOLD, SOLD, SOLD, SOLD!!!!! Superb - £30 for the lot - [Kidding BTW] When shall we deal, fit, meet, salivate over my new (unsexy but useful) gauges????????? Brian
