Best dealer for servicing?

Recommended Posts

My P1 is due a service next month. I have been using Eaglesham garage to get it serviced but not very impressed with them. As the car is still under warranty until 2006 I would obviously prefer to get it serviced at a Subaru garage. Any suggestions as to where to take it. I am in the Lanarkshire area but am prepared to travel to get a good job done. Cheers, Graham.

A F Nobles in Penicuik - 01968 672003,

You will see several recommendations for them on here. Established for a long time so actually well trained staff face-icon-small-wink.gif

Also, could try Eden Subaru in Fife - new dealership who seem to be getting some good recommendations.

Had no probs with Nobles before but I checked my oil levels before the trackday and it was half empty, it was serviced a month ago. face-icon-small-shocked.gif

45,000 miles No oil leaks or blue smoke so can only think they havn't changed it. Can't prove it dunno whether to say to them or not, thats bad if they havn't what about the filter, could have done me engine in?

The previous owner of my scoob got it regularly serviced at ****** in *******, but after my guys inspection they found that the back brakes were only touching the disc on a 1/3 of the surface. This had obviously been going on for longer than the 5 months from previous service! (no offence but previous owner not a heavy braker) what a mess . Somebody?s missed something under there, badly, could have been a' sare yin '. You pay through the nose for these guys to apparently check and service your pride and joy and they obviously had never taken the wheels off, any idiot could have spotted it . The front discs were also cracked badly but no mention of that in the "SERVICE". These boys are on time bonus, let them make there money else where! You don?t need to go to main dealer to keep your warranty up, go to someone who cares

p3dro, prime example, no oil, what?s that all about? Bet they charged him for it though
