Clutch Advice

hi guys looking for a bit of advice my ra is due to get the gearbox changed but at the moment i have an exedy hyper single in place at tthe moment which is a fantastic clutch the front end lifts a couple of inches on launch (so am told) but has destroyed 2 gearboxes but alastair kindly gave me his 6 speed clutch so question is will it fit a 5 speed box and what sort of power and torque will it take?
