14N-FR Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 I am struggling to remove my up pipe on my newage. I cant seem to get to the nuts on the studs under the turbo. There is no way I can get sockets directly onto them. Does anyone have any tips? I really need to get my up pipe and headers changed for my up and coming trip to Andy F for my final mapping session.
boab type ra Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 i used a spanner on the upipe for the classic its a pain to do it but is do able.
arch Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 Two you can easily get from underneath and two from the top and one awkward one which i use a dumpy 14mm snap on spanner or a swivel socket from underneath. A combination of spanners, sockets and swivel sockets will do the job no problem.
