Help needed Please - check engine light ON AGAIN

Driving home from work this morning . Car started jerking badly and cut out. Got it restarted. and check engine light was again!!! and wouldnt run right. Had to drive home at 10mph. Has anyone near me got a diagnostics tool to check the fault code please. Im in Mayfield, Midlothian. Cheers

Cheers mate. its showing code 23. Does anyone know the part number for the air flow sensor. on a my00 wagon. cheers

2min up the road fi me jock ,used to stay in mayfield for 18/19 years. now im at the new house just at top of woodburn, sadly dont have a code reader tho
