Apologies that you haven't been contacted directly. There was an announcement made about shop orders and the like here:

It doesn't say it specifically in that thread but because of the upheaval of moving the shop contents from Cornwall up to Scotland there's been some unavoidable delays.

The Committee members responsible for the shop will be in touch shortly.

Pretty certain I never got any email about it, I did get an email about a shop order, and I'd replied to that, but don't think that was yours.

The stock has only just arrived in Scotland a few days ago due to courier and weather problems, so its being checked over, and then we can get straight onto despatching orders.

Either way, can you e-mail me and Glyn with your order number and what you ordered, and well get it sorted for you.
