Bonnet scoop respray needed

The paint is chipped and flaking quite badly on my bonnet scoop, don't know if it's stone chips or what but it looks a mess. It's too much for the touch up paint anymore so I think it's time for a respray. anyone else find the paint chips easily on their scoop?

Can anyone recommend a good place to take it to get resprayed in the south wales area, preferably cardiff/newport?
