Lower Strut/ H Braces

Is anyone here using a lower H/strut brace/s on their car's, just wondering if there was any real benefit to them for road use, very odd trackday, prob mostly at Kames.

I've got one but can't comment regarding before and after as it was on the car when I bought it.

The car certainly feels tight even with standard suspension.

I've ordered one last night, so I guess I'll find out soon enough now, It's standard suspension I've got on no plans to put coilovers on, prob Koni or spax shocks if anything.
