sinny Posted June 30, 2010 Posted June 30, 2010 I would really like to get in on this group buy however I wont be able to get the car booked in until august or very end of july, how long does the group buy extend?, another wee query is I still have the subaru cat downpipe fitted but replaced all from cat back and fitted foam air filter, would I see a great improvement having a remap with the restrictive cat in place? not really got the cash at the moment to replace downpipe as well. cheers Stevie

C_WRX Posted June 30, 2010 Posted June 30, 2010 I think that this group buy was to be taken before 06 July, but it'd be best to ask Andy himself. Oh no Kenny, do I see bad news on the horizon ? Nothing serious I hope.

C_WRX Posted June 30, 2010 Posted June 30, 2010 ahh my fault didnt notice andy had posted the group buy dates, will contact andy nearer the time when car is available to book incheers Stevie Hey Stevie, not sure what car you have to look at trying to answer you downpipe cat question, but going by your pic and the general answer : replacing as many of the cats as possible will give for greater gains, with the cat'd dp in wouldn't expect anything big gains wise but it will be more than now for sure and give a driving feel that's better. Have a read on Andy's website to see if that helps any. Some of the exhaust and air filter are heading in the right direction. Can be a few weeks to get a booking with Andy, just to keep in mind.
