depends on what extra they want you to work...mine can be worth anything from between 10k to 30k a year,depends how flexible and money grabbing you want to be......got to be init to win it is my moto...

I like to be doing two jobs aday on nice easy simple scuffs, instead people allways want more difficult jobs to be fixed , but I need the money haha.

Property Manager Have 11 Houses to look after possibly. Just have to discuse wages but could be starting next week
