Nothing there on mine after a year. However, I have an annoying squeak coming from the offside. Can't tell if it's the dash, the door hinge or even the suspension. Happens when I'm pushing it hard and there are any mid corner bumps, never just in normal driving. I doubt it's suspension as the front and rear ARB bushes and the front offside strut have been replaced under warranty for a different issue.

Hi just been reading through the posts. Not sure if this helps much, but thought I'd add it none the less.

My wifes WRXs has what sounds like a similar squeak coming from the nearside, it basically seems to be where the dash meets the A pillar. If you place some force between the dash and pillar its stops. Though it is very annoying, given we know what it is, ie not mechanical, we've not done anything about it. I guess we should take it in and get it sorted.

As for the parcelshelf, yes ours rattles too, however we had a Forester sometime before this car and it was the same. I found if you cut up a suitable piece of sponge and pad the slot out a little it stops. It is crude, but works! just need to find some dark sponge.

Just seen this.

Similar to AIiT in that noise appears to come from front offside, mainly on rougher roads and sounds like a bird tweeting.

Intermittant and mainly in the colder weather. Could be coming from anywhere on the dash I suppose as it is just one large sound box.

Not causing any probs apart from annoyance. May get dealer to have a listen when I get PPP fitted hopefully next week.

I've got pretty much every squeak and rattle mentioned so far and then some!

Today the one above appeared for the first time!
