Help Getting Banned?

anybody got any advice ,

i was up in loch lomond there for a break wife wife and kid, i pulled oot a junction with a a**e sitting on my back bumper in his 1 litre fiesta, so a put the foot down me being a a**e hole i was doing 53 in a forty and these 2 police officers jumped oot of the bushes waving to me shouting stop,which i nearly run them over as they where hiding telling me i was speeding,and i made there day because they where looking for subarus etc speeding. Anyway down to the point i was banned for driving a couple of years ago for 3yrs i done my driving courses etc to get my licence back, i meant to have got it back in january this year according to my lawyer but when the police stopped me they said according to there computers i was still banned,but i told them the story and they gave me a 7 day ticket to produce my license to police station when i got home,and get it sorted oot with dvla. So i phoned dvla this morning and they said that i was still banned nobody had made contact with them so phone your lawyer.

I phoned my lawyer and he said i was getting my licence back but he hasnt been to court yet as i havent payed £50 which he is saying he told me about but he never so in the end i think i am going to get done with driving while disqualified because i cant preduce my license in 7 days as its going to take longer than that to go to court and then wait on the dvla, i have been a a**e and should have waited till my license come threw before i started driving again but i just never thought about it and thought my lawyer had dealt with it all, has anybody got any helpful advice????? I know i have been a d**k but i am worried i am going to get a longer ban!!!!

thanks buddie i have posted on that website to see if i get anything back. I am hoping i dont get banned again, i havent been charged yet but know bout i will davie
