Scooby Hoo? Posted June 17, 2009 Posted June 17, 2009 (edited) Scoots can't take Harry out in the Type RA as it doesn't have Isofix for Harry's car seat. But dad is looking at something very interesting. Edited June 17, 2009 by Scooby Hoo?

Nudge Posted June 17, 2009 Posted June 17, 2009 You know you'll regret it once its gone, what else would you have to get away from life's stresses, whats better than a drive through the lanes, in the sun, with the window down, listening to that burble as you accelerate through overhanging trees, whats better than that.....i'd rather eat my grans old laddered tights than sell... us men are allowed to change our minds.......women dont have that monopoly

Scooby Hoo? Posted January 4, 2010 Posted January 4, 2010 Well had a chance to give the car a quick check over yesterday, check oil, gearbox fluids, diff levels and hydraulics. Gave it a good inspection for any leaks (not a drop to be seen anywhere) bottom of the rad is showing signs of rust but this might be the mount, will be looking into this further ( aluminum hi flow me thinks ) On to quick wash and vac, always go so much better when clean. Time came to take her out on the road gearbox/engine and diffs all nice and warm. Road clear, not another car in sight so lets see how quick the car is. You will all have to wait for the results as the Bullydog computer needs to be analyzed and once my son (the one in Dallas) has Bullydogs guys on the case I'll let you know. They and also giving the ecu the once over (more on that later) However my first impressions of the car are very very good It's hard to believe that it's 15 years old and covered 53k as it drives so tight and positive. Brakes although upgraded will need to be made more aggressive before any serious track time It all goes to show how well Scoots looked after the car
Deano 666 Posted January 6, 2010 Posted January 6, 2010 You finally worked out who it was then Dean they dont call me bullet for nothing Ian
