What Kind Of Dump Valve Is This?

Had it off the 04 STI when i bought a Turbosmart for the hawkeye and a guy wants to buy it but i dont know the name of it.

Bought one for my RS a few years back now. Never fitted it though so couldn't say if it's any good to be honest.
