Just returned from collecting the P1 all finished :rotfl:

Roads were a nightmare with massive traffic everywhere (bank holiday) but managed a few blasts.

Verdict:-- bordering insane.

Will catch up with you guys at the next meet.

Thanks chaps.

I have not given it a good drive yet, (too much traffic everywhere) but going by what I had managed so far it seems like I have gotta start learning different things.

One thing I have noticed is what used to be long gaps between me and the car in front have become shorter, again :D

When you have this sort of power you do need an empty road otherwise it proves a waste of time.

Will be taking it out by myself this evening & tomorrow and try to find the new limits of the car.

I think it may be scary

Just ease yourself back in slowly, light on the gas and sure on the anchors.

So the wait is over and the learning curve now starts.

Can't wait for your appraisal.

Enjoy.

Hi Hugh. How was The States?.

Yep, I am bedding in slowly with it matey. Where before it was such a smooth drive it's now the total opposite. In fact it really grabs your attention.

There's a heap more power, just need to learn to control it. Lost the rear end twice yesterday. Just off to meet up with Gramby & ScoobyHoo now, in the wet :D
