I might be interested if I have bought a Subaru by then (aiming to do so in the next few weeks).

What's the price for mapping an ECUTEK ECU but the ECU has been previously mapped by someone else? I guess I won't need a license ?

Quick question, thought i'd keep it on here as it relates to the re-map.

My car is a 07 sti and i have a tsl group n back box, H&S centre section, i just done the resonator delete mod and fitted a HKS panel filter.

Is it a bad idea to fit my H&S de-cat pipe too soon before the AF remap?? or will i be OK to fit it if i don't do anything else??

I've just had a 3" system fitted and had no problems. Just dont boot it too much and you will be fine. No engine management lights come on and the fuel levels are the same as before the new exhaust was fitted. I still need to get the spark plugs and fuel pump fitted before remap but I will do that closer to my date.

Although you will have to look elsewhere as you will have the 2.5L B)

Dont you need to buy a specific 'grade' of plug depending on what power your going to be running?? i'm sure i had to buy grade 7 plugs for my 200sx before i upped the boost?? or is this only because of the increased pressures, so you dont blow out the spark??

Anyway i fitted the de-cat pipe today so i'll just try and not kick the a*** out of it (which will be hard)

Andy recommended NGK PFR 7B's when he was mapping mine (an 01 WRX - I don't know if different models need different plugs)

think you have missed the closing date for this mate

Isn't the closing date 31.05.09 as per title? B)

How much would it cost to map an already mapped -by someone else- ECU?

Does Andy have to buy the license again?

Cheers for clarifying :)
