Does anyone have a link to, or even know what groups each of the UK model Impreza Turbo's are. I'm looking at a UK WRX Wagon 2001 and someone told me they were in group 17. Ive now had a look at the car, and the dealer said its a 19D!?

If anyone can shed any light, I would be grateful.

heres another wee question regarding insurance,

has anyone had a UK spec car then bought a JDM import and just told their ins. company about the change of vehicle?

did the price go up drastically or did they have to get a totally different insurer?

i just wondered if there was a big price difference if say i went from a UK 2000 turbo to a Sti RA (classic)

A huge difference mate. I used to have a UK Turbo 2000 and Insurance was fine. Looked into a couple of Imports and the difference was drastic. UK Turbo 2000's have around 220-230 bhp and an RA has around 300.

Thats strange. Im sure Gavin from Grieves told me they were a 17. Thanks for the help.
