What Sensor Is A Fault?

Hi guys.

Feel like a bit of idiot askin this cause i should know but when the car comes to a stop the revs often drop well below idle then spring back up again, also sometimes when driving around there is no reponse from the throttle and then suddenly itl kick-in and you get that big jerk as it comes to life again! Is this the maf sensor?
