Vimmy Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 Hi Guys, I'm after a bit of advice on 4pot calipers to replace my 2 pots on my MY98. I have seen quite a few for sale on flea bay and other breakers' sites but they have apparently come from STI's/JDM WRX's from the same year as mine or other newer classic shape scoobs. My question is will these calipers fit as a direct replacement on my UK Turbo wagon. I've seen a few which would need some TLC which for the price makes them affordable and dont mind doing the work to get them back to a decent spec but I dont know if they would fit. Any ideas? Thanks in advance, Col.

Vimmy Posted April 25, 2009 Author Posted April 25, 2009 Even for someone with 10 thumbs like me I think my front discs are 277mm/vented, I don't s'pose you happen to know off the top of your head the size required to match the 4pots. My current grooved discs are due for replacement at the mo' and I think have warped, so nows the time to source a new pair. Cheers, Col.
Vimmy Posted May 2, 2009 Author Posted May 2, 2009 I found some 4pots from a Norwich breakers this week, in good nick from the description, just needs a lick paint. Now time to source some bigger front discs, pads and some braided lines....just gotta find the cash for it all. Expensive hobby this
