hi mate, surprised you haven't got response yet..

I'm not an expert but for knockhill I tried a little higher than normal road use (~35psi), and like 37psi on the front left. seemed to do the trick nicely when they were warm

cheers mate, my front left was destroyed the last time.lol. will try putting 37 on the front left this time though.

Hi Elreg,

KH is especially tough on Front lefts.

You need to invest in a tyre monitor and lighter run pump, it will pay for itself after 1 track day.

If you run the tyres at 37 before going out e.g. cold you will destroy them (I think i am reading your previous post correctly) As the air expands they become over inflated and run on the edges.

You need to take air out i normally drop my Toyo's down to circa 24/26 cold and then do several warm up laps to allow them to come up to temperature and to the right pressure.

You will need to play with things to get it right, you will know if they are over inflated as you will feel the front left in particular "edging " into Duffas and the hairpin which is what trashes the tyres.

Best thing to do is experiment avoid over inflation at all costs. Remember and pump the tyres back up to "Normal" pressures for the run home once they have had a chance to cool down at the end of the day.

Regards

Scotty
