RA Dunk Posted April 7, 2009 Posted April 7, 2009 Just been offered a Sony DCR-DVD 92E from my sister (one of those wedding/divorce kind of things ) for little money, was thinking about using it for trackdays etc but was worried about with it being a disc (no memory from what i can see anyway) that the disc will skip/jump alot during high speeds bumpy tracks etc anybody use one of these or similar for trackdays etc

Whenever the car hit a slight bump, the thing swithed off. I eventually took it back and got a solid-state job which worked out perfect. IMO, I'd avoid it unless you could test it first
