How Do I Find My Ecu

hi there i'm wanting to find my ecu as i have been told its an ecutek (forgive the spelling) one and would like to find out if it definetly is my car is a 2000(x) reg uk turbo 2000.

try looking under the carpet on the front passenger side by front seat.

as above .....its under the plate in footwell

lift carpet then unbolt plate and there it is

[dipsy]

The only way to see if it has been ecuteked is look at the ecu with ecutek software to see if there is a licence on it or map changes which Andy F will be able to tell you with pluging in his laptop .Don't know what he would charge for this .The ecu's in the my99/00 uk turbo's are ae800 ae801 ae802
