b4z Posted January 26, 2009 Posted January 26, 2009 hi folks. Am wondering whats the best splitter 2 fit 2 a classic impreza. was going 2 buy a jun splitter but keep gettin told they are poor quality
StewartyBoy Posted January 26, 2009 Posted January 26, 2009 It depends on what year of classic you have mate. Jun splitters arent the best quality, but you could have it reinforced with some extra fibreglass, which is what I did with a splitter on another car I had and it worked a treat.
Connor_scotland Posted January 26, 2009 Posted January 26, 2009 I got one off ebay in October Perfect fit an have had the car off road a good bit an have had no issues.. But if you hit a curb it will break. Check my update thread. Just like any fibreglass. But as Stewart said pack it with fibreglass for reinforcement an you should be fine bud
ryan_gwa Posted January 26, 2009 Posted January 26, 2009 Im looking for a splitter for my classic, but not alot of people have a splitter on a face-lift like mine. Was hoping to see a few at the meet, but nope

Was hoping to see a few at the meet, but nope You've basically got 2 choices with the facelift front end. 1. Get a P1 splitter (genuine if you have the dosh or there is aftermarket copy's). 2. V6 Sti splitter which is more suttle than the P1 splitter, more of a lip, looks good though. I just havnt got round to buying a V6 sti splitter yet as I've only just got the full facelift front end. Might not bother depends how low I go with the coilovers when I get them fitted. Hope this helps Rich
