How Much Could You Expect Breaking 93 Wrx?

Good clean shell, recent Hybrid front mount, decat, VF28, phase 2 440's, Apexi Power FC (no hand controller), immaculate BK racing 17's (gold centre with silver rim), clean interior.

A mate is trying to shift it and it's got a 2.2 block which i'm after for a build. Was thinking about swapping my P1 STI block and selling as a whole but the climate isn't right just now. Never broken a motor before so want to make sure it's gonna be worth the hassel, I know it won't fetch much selling as a whole.
