I wont tell him you said that!! :driving:

Im looking at getting open top car for track days, until this credit crunch is over and I can splash out on a replacement for the Scoob.

Got a local mate trying to tempt me with a stripped out GTI6, but im not sure...

It's a Robin Hood or at least that's what my wife calls it every time she needs some money

Copy Caterham running on a 2100cc pinto cosworth block prepared by Rowland Harte ex Harte Racing feed by twin 45 dcoe's driven through a RS 2000 box with a Cosworth 3.9 rear diff Weight 630kg with 5 gallons in the tank. Last rolling road carried out by Peter at Sanspeed shows 185bhp at 5500rpm would hit 215bph if fitted with 50's rejetted and running at 7250rpm.

that's good power on a pinto for 45's

I had only 150 on my phil jones prepped rs2000.

Trying to get some 50's (dcop's??) won't be easy.

Normaly hits around the 23 mpg on a drive. It has been as low as 12mpg at Brands :driving: but the fun factor is 100% octane :banana2:

Will have to start calling you Miss Daisy now Hugh

Same sort of figures that Burton get.

But it is Rowlands own head and cam set up.

Hope I never have to take the head off as the head gaskit is over £150 plus Head bolts.
