Changing The Boot Badges?

Hi,

I got a new set of badges (WRX Impreza and STI) for the boot and was wondering what's the best way to remove the ones currently on without damaging the boot?

Do they have pins behind the original badges or are they only stuck on with adhesive?

i know mine were on wi adhesive, a hair dryer and a old credit car did the trick in getting them off

It's just double sided sticky foam that holds them on.

Like Dunc says a hair dryer will work well but a piece of fishing line will do the jobe well.

PS WTF are you doing with a hair dryer loon?

I'd love to see someone with an extension cable going awaaaaaay down the garden to the car.....to suddenly realise it was a hairdryer plugged in!!

Was sure it was adhesive but like to be sure!

I tell you what I've got a hairdryer that doesn't need plugged in - A Hyundai Getz...don't think that would come in handy on this occasion though...mind you, it never really does! It is the SH****st car I've ever had!
