i was just thinking to myself paul(dangerous i know) have you thought about getting your fmic sprayed matt black for a nice "stealthy" look? or would applying paint actually keep heat in? just a thought.

hmm not sure about the mirrors, they look nice but how practical are they? :lol:

Imy i will get pictures for you over the weekend, the mirrors still have the protective film on them as the car is tucked up in the garage.

Well, they should be good for spotting approaching motorbikes, Paul ;)

Just kidding mate - by the time I've adjusted my (standard) mirrors to how I like them, I get about the same rear visibility as you - which isn't too bad by the looks of it.

Thats an absolute cracker of a classic you got there.

Do you mind me asking where (or what website) you got the wing mirors from?

Rich i got them from ebay.com. You can get them over here but they are a good bit dearer. Make the guy an offer mines worked out about 100 quid delivered. Get him to mark the price down so you dont get caught by the customs charges.
