NGK PFR6B is the standard plug mate they cost around £40

i use NGK PFR6B but you could go for colder NGK PFR7B.

also does your car get a lot of very short journeys as this doesn't help them if the car is starting and stopping all the time.

a work 3 miles from ma house so a do that trip 6days a week and it gets allot of stops and srats when am running about town

has anyone used the hks plugs they are a bit steep at 60 odd quid but are they worth it??

go for the ngkpfr6 or 7b's mate, the short journeys you are doing are what is killing your plugs.
