Sorry to ask a stupid question but I am trying to order new discs for my WRX and I have given the chassis number to the guy and he is saying that the front discs have a choice of 2, 289mm or 295mm. What would be on my MY03?

take the wheel off and measure it mate to be sure.

Good idea. 295 for 4 pots from memory though.

I've never heard of 289mm, but it may be for the non turbo sport, for the turbo cars the subaru four pots usually have a disc around 295mm and the brembo (gold) four pots have a disc around 320mm (iirc).

Best bet would be to measure the disc but i rekon if it's the four pot caliper with subaru written down it it'll be more likely a 295mm disc.
