(off Topic) Band Rehearsal Space Needed

Sorry for the off topic post, but I'm desperately trying to find a rehearsal space for my band.

All we need is somewhere probably around 20 feet square with electricity, dry and secure...

Ideally we'd also like to be able to leave the gear setup, or at least have somewhere close where we could store it.

We are more than willing to pay, and are all in our 30's so would not be holding mad parties / wrecking the place etc.

And I promised CupraDave a go on my drums!!

Someone must know of somewhere, or someone that we could approach?

Have you thought about church or town halls?

As they can usually be hired for a day or evening for little money.

Not that you would be able to leave your kit set up, but would get you a spot.

Thanks for that.

Yes we have thought about it. Unfortunately most of them dont seem to have anywhere to store the stuff onsite.

Which means bringing all the stuff from home (2 van loads!) setting up, then dismantling at the end.

It really wouldnt be worth doing as we'd spend most of the time moving / setting up and not playing!

Plus we dont exactly play 'church friendly' music!
