terzo neil Posted June 27, 2008 Author Posted June 27, 2008 at the moment is 28'C yesterday was 34'C, sunny and humid, nightime is around 20'C. weather has been great this week so far. worst temp has been 24'C massive thunderstorm last night but only lasted for 30 mins and it was dry when got up I am near mont de marsan so you will be a wee bit too far away

terzo neil Posted July 4, 2008 Author Posted July 4, 2008 (edited) hi guys. managed to get some pictures sorted out managed to cruise down taking it easy andf managed this http://www.highflats.fsnet.co.uk/images/odo%20trip.jpg could have managed more but not willing to chance it as guage was on empty and no fuel light http://www.highflats.fsnet.co.uk/images/fuel.jpg passing over a big bridge which cost 4.1 euros to cross near Le Harve http://www.highflats.fsnet.co.uk/images/bridge.jpg then onto Nantes then onto the toll roads, which wasnt that bad 25.90 euros for 200 miles http://www.highflats.fsnet.co.uk/images/nantes%20sign Got to my holiday place down in rural france {513 miles on french roads and opposite side) http://www.highflats.fsnet.co.uk/images/pecorade.jpg first day and at 9am and it is cooking already http://www.highflats.fsnet.co.uk/images/temp.jpg managed to wash and wax the car with mer polish and the heat took the toll on me, completely knackered http://www.highflats.fsnet.co.uk/images/clean.jpg work up the next day to the same heat, and the strong winds from africa left a layer of fine sand over everything, glad not running a maf as wont last long http://www.highflats.fsnet.co.uk/images/sand.jpg Edited July 4, 2008 by Terzo Neil
