luke_clifton Posted June 17, 2008 Posted June 17, 2008 Now that the days are getting slightly hotter, my underbonnet temps have risen (obviously). I have no heat sheilds on my downpipe, and the added heat is boiling my brake & clutch fluid. Braking can be scary when this happens. I'm going to book my car in for some work very soon which will include changing the 2 fluids, but do you think i should attempt to refit my old heat shield (the chimney), or get the downpipe off and wrap it. Thank you.
luke_clifton Posted June 17, 2008 Author Posted June 17, 2008 Mine was fine last year. Maybe i just need to replace the fluids (deano did recommend they needed changing back in march).
