Due home from offshore on Wednesday and I'll need fuel for getting home, how are the Shell stations looking around the airport, have they dried up yet?

I will use Tesco super at a push, where is the nearest to Dyce

V-Power was available at the station on anderson drive (ring road) last night. Diesel and normal unleaded were dry.

Media are a bunch of funts, again i see old men with jerry cans filling up due to the scaremongering from the press!

Guy just dropped in to see me at work and mentioned that the Shell garage at the airport was fairly dry apart from the "expensive petrol" so assuming he meant that the V Power was still flowing

I think you'll find that V-Power won't run out as we are all too sensible to go out and start panic buying, and lets face it a tank only lasts 200 odd miles anyway

There's always going to be V-Power in Aberdeen cos the majority that don't need it are too tight to buy it!

They'd rather push their cars than pay another 7p a litre!

And don't worry, i'm from Aberdeen too but have no choice but to fill up with the stuff.

Happy Days.

I said that the last time then went to fill up and there was no V Power left... they'd been concentrating on filling up the diesel and "cheap" petrol so the V power ran out.
