slept funny last nyt woke up today with it i nearly crashed earlier when driving and hte pain kicked in which means i cant wash my car for tonite or tmoz anybody wanan come do it for me

I had a bad pain in the neck on friday i dosed up on paracetamol and got my girlfreind to give me a massage!
