tazman Posted May 23, 2008 Posted May 23, 2008 I remember chasing two lads who were trying to steal my neighbours car when I lived in Truro, i was running out of my house in boxers, bare foot and carrying a 3 cell maglite!!! nearly caught em as well..... Apparently there were witnesses so here's hoping someone get caught for it. re maglite get yourself the 6D on that's more like a mini baseball bat
joe_lane Posted May 23, 2008 Posted May 23, 2008 Noone will get caught or prosecuted for it. He won't get paid out the full value of the vehicle either. Thats the way this country works sadly. And if he'd caught them and dispensed any kind of beating, he'd be in the dock and end up with a record. The scum would get off with 50hrs community service and pay him back a rediculously low sum at £5 a month... At least it probably cost the scum a tenner to fill up his petrol can.
