devoncarshowscooby Posted May 2, 2008 Posted May 2, 2008 The process for this detail was as follows. 1.Rinsed with fresh water 2.wheels cleaned using Autoglym acid free wheel cleaner & Raceglaze long wheel brush / swisswax wheel brush 3.Snowfoamed with a Megs hyperwash mix 4.Car washed with Z autobathe 5.Car clay barred with Megs clay using Autosmart reglaze as lubricant 6.Car washed again dryed using sonus drying towels 7.All door shuts & jams cleaned with Meguiars All purpose cleaner 8.All paintwork buffed using Meguiars G220 with brown pad utilising Megs swirl remover polish And ptg used 9.Paintwork pre waxed cleansed using Z HD Cleanse 10.Waxed using Z concours 11.Windows polished 12.Tailpipe polished 13.Door shuts & Jams polished with Raceglaze Wax polish

Not trying to put anyone down mate, someone asked about something and i just replied by telling them about a club member who has a business and who advertises on this site as well as supporting the club. I had no knowledge that you had won awards or that this was your business.

Do they use these at show n shine comps? paint thickness gauge lets you know how thick the paint is (Jap cars usually thin) as when you are correcting paint swirls etc you are actually taking of a v thin layer this helps you not to go to far.
