thewelsho Posted April 23, 2008 Posted April 23, 2008 Sorry if this has been poster before but i just saw it today they seem really impressed with it . Don't think that has been posted before. It's funny, while in the clip they are talking about numbers and performance, you start to get a bit drawn in and thinking, "Hmmm I'd quite like one of these". Then, the shot cuts to the older style Hawkeye STi and that second or two viewing arouses the senses more than that all of the content on the new shape. Perhaps when you look at the numbers and performance, it is a better car, but on looks, it is so utterly benign.
colzo Posted April 23, 2008 Posted April 23, 2008 I'm with John on this one. You watch this thinking I'm not fully committed on the looks but the figures could just swing it, then you see a glimpse of the bewinged model and you think now thats an Impreza. I'm still undecided on this model sometimes I love the looks other times I hate them so therefor its too much of a gamble to buy one. I'm not ashamed to say I bought my Impreza because of its looks but if I was to pick a more grown up hatchback then it would be an Audi S3 for me.
thefastone Posted April 23, 2008 Posted April 23, 2008 I was out and out hate it... but ive seen 2 up close now... and its growing on me... looks WILDLY different from the WRX which is only a good thing, but for some reason, Ive not seen ANY good photos of them yet... Might see what I can do about that soon... Subaru REALLY know how to sell a car...
thefastone Posted April 23, 2008 Posted April 23, 2008 Dont get me wrong, I still have my opinons about it, and they are not all good... Just that some are coming around...

Couldn't agree more. watched this with growing interest but didn't raise a smile till i seen the Hawk. Says it all.
scoob fae ork Posted April 23, 2008 Author Posted April 23, 2008 Hows about this one for an advert that Travis guy is nuts not forgetting the late great Colin McRae

scoob fae ork Posted April 23, 2008 Author Posted April 23, 2008 The way i look at the new car is it has an Evil looking front i realy like but the rest just looks too normal. I think this car might pass you in the street with out you seeing it but any STI classic, bug eye, blob eye or hawk eye would catch you attention so fast injurys may occur. But that is just my oppinion
