Lady Vix Posted May 26, 2008 Author Posted May 26, 2008 Thanks for all your replys on this guys. This certainly seems to be more successful than the last idea. For some reason sky Blue never came into the train of thought! Please could all orders be added to the list, also with sizes required and weather you want embroided or printed. The t-shirt guy is looking into it for me... I believe he is going to a couple of people to get the best price. One that he went to will only take large orders so he is shopping around. We are out & about this weekend, so we will pop in and see if he has had any luck.
jd Posted August 15, 2008 Posted August 15, 2008 Could i point out that light blue is being used by Dorset Scoobies.
scooby princess Posted August 15, 2008 Posted August 15, 2008 Could i point out that light blue is being used by Dorset Scoobies. Who? Never heard of them! So what if they use that colour they will not have sidc on it!!
tiny gsy Posted August 15, 2008 Posted August 15, 2008 would be better to have a different colour to other clubs. Will look less similar then and enable you all to stand out more
scooby princess Posted August 15, 2008 Posted August 15, 2008 YES, but there are so many clubs you will never find a colour that nobody has! This colour ahs been agreed by the members as what they wish to wear
jd Posted August 16, 2008 Posted August 16, 2008 the colour was originally agreed as mica red, but that changed. dorset scoobies are getting quite big already, they won best club at devon performance with all of them (about 50 I think) all walking about in their club colours. http://dorsetscoobys.co.uk/phpBB3/index.php with us in the same colour, would this not get confusing?

Not really as there are larger groups who have same colour tops - EG mitabushi and ferrei - both red
jd Posted August 16, 2008 Posted August 16, 2008 (edited) just my opinion, 2 scoob clubs in the same colour? may aswell go black then. Edited August 16, 2008 by JD

scooby princess Posted August 16, 2008 Posted August 16, 2008 How often do you see Mitsubishi & Ferrari at the same show?Do Ferrari owners wear Ferrari tops? Yes ferrari club do wear ferrari tops and we have seen both clubs at a range of shows
jd Posted August 16, 2008 Posted August 16, 2008 fine, sky blue it is and we can meet up with dorset scoobies then. Still think the original mica red was best as not done before. Just my opinion.
scooby princess Posted August 16, 2008 Posted August 16, 2008 y not have r/os and deuty in the burgandy and the members who want blue have blue?
jd Posted August 16, 2008 Posted August 16, 2008 need to keep ONE colour for the region, so we all know which area we are with.
scooby princess Posted August 16, 2008 Posted August 16, 2008 to be honest i dont think we will ever get everyone happy with just one colour - look how long it took to sort the sky blue out
