wats best way to clean a spark plug mine are coated in soot and salt all over them so there not sparking or are the ready for the bin ????

if you have them out you may as well replace them mate saves doin it a month or 2

i use wet and dry sand paper

The best way is to lightly sand blast them, but as Daz says, just replace them

Just use a wire brush, you shouldn't need to keep cleaning it though as i used the same spark plug in mine for over a year with no problems, you think what spark plugs go through in a engine then using one for a flamer it's hardly used

i always have it on its clogged up with soot and salt off the roads and doesnt spark v.well anymore

Have you put that rubber boot on the ht lead yet cos all the turd off the road could be getting on the connection between the lead and the plug in turn giving it a poor spark

for a REAL quick clean before a cruise

i use a wire brush,

AS (dazzler) im too lazy to undo & replace..
