baser999 Posted April 10, 2008 Posted April 10, 2008 Tanias sister and niece are over in the UK in August and I'm wondering if anyone might have a childs car seat 'spare' for a couple of weeks - we're picking them up from Gatwick and will no doubt be ferrying them around whilst they're here. Her niece is coming up to 4 and weighs about 14kg which by my reckonings means she is going to need a car seat rather than just a booster cushion. We could always buy one and then fleabay it afterwards if needs be but thought I'd ask here first. Thank you.

leebo77 Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 You'll probably need a forward facing child seat mate (and Tania's niece too LOL ): http://www.thinkroadsafety.gov.uk/campaign...law-leaflet.pdf Sorry, can't help with a lend, as mine are well out of these now.
baser999 Posted April 13, 2008 Author Posted April 13, 2008 Been on to Tanias sister and it seems that the littl'un still uses a proper seat back at home so would prefer to go down that route if possible, if anyone can help out? However would like to take up Swiftys offer of the booster seat as well, just in case we don't go with the full seat.
