eurosti Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 You were very lucky mate! Is there a playing field near you? Said on the German news its thought the pilot was going to attempt to put down in a playing field! As there were Kids playing on it he abborted and tried to put down in the woods! Could all be speculation but either way you cant imagine what the Pilots went through in those last few moments!! Condolences to all the familys and friends this will affect. May they RIP.

Yeah there are woods/playing fields and Darrick Wood school directly next to the houses, I also just found out the direction the plane was traveling in (if you have seen the pictures) was toward our house 100 metres away Edited March 31, 2008 by yogi-

Scooby Hoo? Posted April 3, 2008 Posted April 3, 2008 The gentleman that lost his house was interviewed on TV. He said that both his wife and him felt very lucky that there were on holiday at the time of the accident. But the next time they go away there'll "LEAVE THE LANDING LIGHTS ON" Something for you to think about YOGI
