hello chap. its an omp bolt in. with fia certificate.

i want a realy light car so as good as the weld in is and looks the nuts i have to go with this as its less than 1/4 of the waight of the weld in.

Are you gonna rolling road it before u start driving it on a track?

will be interesting to see what your 1/4 mile times are with all that weight reduction you have done and the power u will be pushing.

yes i will be dynoing it there is a dyno dynamics rr a mile from me. prity handy and great to check things are running like thay should be before i let it out on the road.

sorry no picks of the block building but i didnt have my camera.

engine spec

closed deck block

v4 sti crank

h beam rods

acl race main and rod bearings

arp rod bolts

omega pistons

1.3mm cometic gaskets

arp head studs

v4 sti heads

i had a bit of time while i was waiting for my twin plate clutch (still not arrived yet)

so got on to the rear defuser

coped all the floor out rear chassi and bumper to allow for the new defuser.

i orderd a sheet of 8 by 4 2mm thick ally. to make it myself. useing a good freinds gilatine and bender.ex..

while waiting for that to be deliverd i got the rear trailing arms fitted and the whiteline also the new age hubs and rear brembos.

also raised the spoiler another 7" for the best air flow

fitted the wider front axle to match the back off the new sti.

the main tool in the box. brush to hold the bonnet up :rotfl::rotfl:

thanks mate

im looky iv able to turn my hand to most thing and very machanicly minded. i also like engineering things. i dont like buying parts off the shelf i like making it to what i want.

its also handy to know people with a good amount of machinary ;)

Looking good Richy. Will that exhaust pass track day limits?

some but not many. will mostly be going on full noise days and sprints ex at airfeilds.
