You will find all manner of stickers on Jap cars, anything from a number to a picture and they all mean something to some one in Japan !!!!!!

I had little Pokimon type stickers on my old classic , god knows what they ment

this is a little cirlce with a blue outline and blue number 473 or sumthing inside it in bottom corner off window thought it might of meant sumthing but obv not lol

As Tony said there are lots of numbers and bar codes etc on all vehicles and mean something to to someone.
