Looking at replacing my spark plugs.

Any reccomendations - MY05 Sti

What mod's have you got and what power

Standerd plugs are ok for up to 320bhp

NGK PFR 7B for up to 400bhp

NGK racing 8 spark plugs for above 400bhp

My Type-r is around the 300bhp mark would upgrading to the ngk plugs actually make any difference.

If your plugs are due to be changed then yes up grade to NGK PFR 7B

It's more for safety than performance as the 7's are less likely to melt.
