fai17 Posted December 31, 2007 Posted December 31, 2007 well Jamis if you go past 350bhp you will need a dogbox arrangment or a newage 6 speed box. if you get the newage 6 speeder you will need the front and rear diff and also the drive shafts too..iirc.

DOGBOX for over 350bhp - Not exactly! its not bhp that kills boxes, it's torque for a start! A standard newage 2.0L STI has forged pistons as standard and can run more bhp and boost ( more chocolate ) To get a big bhp 2.5L engine you will have to open it up and fit rods/ pistons and liner it so why not start with CDB.
