I have my sport special and every time i head a subaru i know its one cause of the scooby burble.... i feel gutted cause mine doesnt have it. i only have a standard zaust.

I have been looking around and found alot of this set up.

Borla unequal headers and a cat back system.

this one i found on you tube sounds amazing.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ts2g62djB5k

his set up is: Borla unequal headers and a 3" magnex cat system with a 5" Slash cut Tail pipe.

im not so sure i want to go to that extreme with the size of the tail pipe but i do want that sound. it sounds awesome.

Any know what set up i should go for and rough prices?

This would be my first mod to the Custard Cream

well if all you want is the burble, then just a backbox will do you... thats All I have on my car like, does the job... just a prodrive one would suit you right down to the ground, get them second hadn, and the new age one will fit your car....

HOWEVER...

I think that WUZ is selling a classic prodrive backbox, might be right up your street...

oh and be carfull, some exhaust parts are different on your car, because you have no turbo... others can tell you about hat better than me...

You can put a turbo backbox on to a sport but it needs to be modified. I had a Peco exhaust for a turbo on my sport and got Motorsportworld in Strathaven to do the mod - £20 (cut the flange of the existing and welded to the bigger turbo pipe. You can also do it from the Cat back.

It also got me the burble I was looking for.

Do NOT get a Peco...... boy racer specials!!!!!!!!!!!

Or contact Hayward and Scott as they make "sport" specific aftermarket exhaust parts.
